Shipping policy
About our make-to-order system
As a part of our sustainability efforts, we produce our products on request based on our brand’s policy of "What you need, only when you need it. It generally takes about four weeks from when your order is confirmed to when it is shipped. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
Most of the time, we ship via Japan Post (ゆうパケット/クリップポスト) for JPY360 or FREE with orders over JPY50,000. This can take 2 - 3 days after processing depending on your location. You will receive an email with tracking when your order has shipped.
IKI LUCA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are dispatched from Steven Alan and partner shippers.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: U.S.A, Singapore, France, U.K. other countries where Japan Post Searvice,Express Mail Service（EMS）, covers. You can check if your locaiton is covered here: https://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/ems/country/index_en.html .
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. IKI LUCA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ikiluca.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@ikiluca.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
